⚠️ Condition & Fabric Disclaimer

Please review all photos carefully before confirming your purchase.

Once an item has been confirmed and acquired from our suppliers, the order cannot be cancelled unless the Quality Check reveals a major unexpected issue that was not visible in the original listing, in which case our commitment is to refund for the customer.

As these are vintage and professional stock items, minor signs of age, use, storage, or wear should be expected.
While we always aim to source the best items available, mint condition should not be assumed unless explicitly stated.

Bobbling and small pulls are considered normal in limited amounts and do not affect grading.
Only severe issues (holes, major stains, long heavy pulls) qualify for refunds.

Paypal Payments Disclaimer:

Due to recurring abuses against fellow sellers outside our network by unknown individuals exploiting PayPal Buyer Protection—initiating unfair refunds despite accurately described item conditions and making false claims upon receipt—our team reserves the right to determine whether PayPal will be accepted for non-regular customers.
As our high-value bundle transactions are always completed via Wise or Bank Transfer to avoid PayPal fees by request of our customers —without increasing risk, as refunds and replacements remain available as outlined below—this worldwide rise on reports against PayPal have led us to discourage its use.

📜 Important Notes (Read Before Purchase)

Signatures, Namesets & Patches materials: Authenticity Notice

Legends Worldwide® does NOT guarantee authenticity/origin of signatures, namesets, or related materials unless explicitly stated.
Proper detailed pictures are shown before purchase in two instances: formal listing and Quality Check before final shipment. Despite our best efforts to secure non-restored features, the final responsibility on adequate corroboration of the relevant features lies on the buyer.

Customer Responsibilities

Before purchasing, the client must confirm:

• Condition

• Features

• Size & measurements

• Manufacturing location

These traits are fully shown beforehand.
After-purchase complaints will not qualify for partial/full refunds if everything matches the listing.

Regarding shipping, potential custom fees and insurance for the package:

Our company only covers the shipping fee if clearly stated as free shipment item.
This does not include the insurance on the package, which can be budgeted by request and will be covered by the customer upon request.
Potential custom fees upon arrival are not under our control and if they occur, will be covered by the customer. We apply a No Custom Fees protocol (see Professional Services section) to reduce to a minimum any risk of custom fees. This method has proved to work properly accross three years of worldwide deliveries with no custom fees issues or customer complains whatsoever.

Quality Check

If any specific feature of the kit is not shown in the first pictures, it is the client’s responsibility to request the information before paying.
If not requested, the feature is assumed not relevant for the purchase.

Refund Policy

• Refunds, once approved, are returned via same or alternate payment method

• Processing time is inmediate & attached to our availability

• Store credit available if preferred
