• Third centenary kit as available for professional players for an unidentified match.
  The long sleeved version was indeed available for the team. However, it never reached a specific match and it is thought by expert collectors to have been provided for the team for the friendly vs Newcastle celebrating Juventys centenary. The short sleeved version was worn against Newcastle on this same friendly match.
  It is worldwide known that this pink kit in long sleeves was part of the available professional stock but it is unclear if it was available for any other competition.
• Specifications corroborated to be part of the Professional Stock:
  Authentic patch only available for players. Examples of fake patches can be shown to corroborate this affirmation.
  Deep corroboration of the authentic patch shows that despite Calcio teams had the patch sewed in the fabric, all Juventus 1997/98 third kits in long sleeves had the Calcio patch heat-pressed in the fabric. This might be explained in two ways: 
  1) The kitroom members added the patch in some ocassion in a different way to the usual, or
  2) The authentic patch was added afterwards by some owner of this professional stock article, as the authentic patch was available to be adquired in the 90s.
• Authentic Calcio patch: heat-pressed added as correct for professional stock kits during 1997/98 season.
• Long sleeved version never commercially available.
• All features are authentic, including nameset and patch.
