All the features (size, patches and numberset) are described two times when you place your order with us: first time when finding the kit for you & a second time when we Quality Check to secure a proper condition of a second-hand kit.

DELIVERY & POSSIBLE SCENARIOS

Mailing System choice is made by our customers after proper assessment and advice from our team.
The team assists customers with the same information that is shown to them with follow-up tracking code by public links. If a package gets delayed for any reason or lost without an inssurance hired by the customer, it is completely out of our responsibility.

DHL International & FedEx are always reccomended for bundles & high-value articles for a safe arrival to your country. When not selected, chances of delays can rise as regular mailing systems can present them, despite unfrequent to happen.

Varying reasons have rarely (two times in two years) provoked delays in arrivals of our packages and are normally related to Custom Office controls in recipiant country.
A package that already left the origin country (i.e. Spain) when tracked with tracking code can show its status as: "Left International Distribution Center". This means that the package was delivered properly to recipiant country. If this status does not change for many days or even weeks, it unfortunately means that for different reasons it is not being scanned and accepted by Custom Office of recipiant country.
This situation is an issue arising before the arrival of your packate to Mailing Office (previous step is Custom Office, where the problem occurs).
This situation, though rare, it is completely out of our control.
When this happens, the solution is to visit Custom Office in recipiant country to claim the package to be properly scanned and accepted. 
Our team can only take part on this situation by claiming back to origin the package by a formal complain presented in origin country's Mailing Office. The only possible result of it is not the rise of chances for the package to be released: on the contrary, the package returns to sender.
We reccomend customers to take this situation without desperation as it can happen though unfrequent. A package has never been lost and all of our packages always arrived destination.

CONDITION OF AUTHENTIC VINTAGE KITS

We designed transparency protocols & steps to secure findings to reach our customers as expected when described to them: however, the perception of condition of an authentic vintage kit is very personal.
Currently, there is a trend of expecting 10/10 condition articles without new tags for 30-years-old authentic kits that can show aging. Althought all our steps to show you how the article is and which defects show, we expect you to keep an open mind and to be concient that you purchased a second-hand article.

Refunds are only accepted after Quality Check:
Once a kit arrives to your door, refunds are only possible if the article is not authentic for any failure in our Authenticity Check.
We are one of many few stores in the world accepting refunds after purchase, thanks to our Quality Check step: We do not have a "no refunds" policy. However, these are only accepted after Quality Check & before final shipment.
Refunds for condition or size are not accepted, as we show you all the features and measures in our Quality Check step, unique amongst Global Stores.

CUSTOM FEES

We apply a No Custom Fees protocol for all our shipments.
However, Custom fees are random and can appear.
We are not able to help you if fees come to happen, after our best experience applied to the service of reducing the risk of them occurring.
